Line Cook

Red Robin isn’t your typical burger restaurant. We’re a team filled with unbridled energy, magnetic personalities, and a passion for having fun!

Position: Line Cook

Hiring Range: $16.66 - $20.10

Full Compensation Range: $16.66 - $23.32

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare food according to Red Robin standards, including cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking various meals such as meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients.
2. Maintain guest safety and satisfaction by adhering to safe food handling and cleanliness standards.

In addition to base pay, you will receive a free meal each shift.

Pay range (base pay): $16.66 - $20.10

Additional compensation includes referral bonuses and participation in the Employee Stock Purchase Program (after 1+ years of service, with 20+ hours/week).

Health insurance options include health, vision, dental, accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity coverage (must be 18+).

Retirement benefits include a 401k plan with a company match of up to 4% of pay (must be 21+, after 1+ years of service, and 1,000+ hours/year).

Paid time off accrues at 0.0192 hours per hour worked (after 1+ years of service, working 35+ hours/week).
