Job Summary
We are looking for candidates to join our team at the Floating Green Restaurant at the beautiful Coeur d'Alene Resort Golf Course. The candidates will be responsible for making prep/stock lists, keeping the line clean, organized, and stocked, working as part of a team, following sanitation standards at all times, and preparing each dish with the guest in mind first and foremost.
The breakfast line is in charge of opening up the restaurants, ensuring the line is stocked and ready for morning operations. The lunch line supports the breakfast line and is responsible for successfully serving lunch service and feeding crew/staff members daily in a timely manner. The dinner line manages our fine dining late-night menu, keeping the line stocked and cleaned, performing nightly deep cleaning duties, and ensuring proper shutdown after the day's operations.
