Job Description: Line Cook

As a Line Cook, you will passionately prepare, portion, and cook food to our quality standards. You will be committed to safe food handling, cleanliness, and sanitation while using proper safety equipment, tools, and recipes.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Following food safety guidelines, recipes, and standards
  2. Maintaining a clean and safe environment
  3. Preparing, portioning, and cooking food according to specifications
  4. Assessing ingredient freshness and rotating stock appropriately
  5. Being a team player
