Job summary

Mex 1 Coastal Cantina in West Ashley, Charleston, is seeking motivated Line Cooks to join our high-energy kitchen team. If you love fast-paced service and pride yourself on great food, we want to meet you.

You’ll prepare menu items, keep a clean workstation, collaborate with the team, follow safety guidelines, and assist with prep and closing duties. Nights, weekends, and holidays availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior line cook experience preferred, but training is available.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high energy.
