Job Summary

We are seeking a Line Cook passionate about preparing quality food to Perkins standards. You will help provide guests with an excellent dining experience through your dedication and culinary skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure food presentation is appealing and meets standards.
• Monitor inventory and communicate needs for additional prep.
• Coordinate effectively regarding ticket times and service issues.
• Maintain a clean, stocked work area following sanitation practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Prior line cook experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods.
