The Brook in Seabrook, NH is seeking a dependable Line Cook to join our fast-paced culinary team. You will assist with food preparation, line cooking, and maintaining high standards of food safety and presentation to deliver memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous cook/line cook experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of food prep techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Understanding of food safety, sanitation and inventory rotation.
• Ability to follow recipes, measurements, and instructions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
• Flexible availability and reliable attendance.
• NH Food Service/Health Card required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and guest specifications
• Grill, fry, broil, and assemble dishes while maintaining presentation standards
• Assist with food preparation, kitchen setup, and daily cleaning duties
• Follow food safety, storage, labeling, and FIFO procedures
• Work closely with chefs and team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
• Help prepare food for large groups and high-volume service periods
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support the Sous Chef and Executive Chef with additional tasks as needed

From food preparation and line cooking to maintaining food safety standards, you'll play an important role in every service.

What You'll Do
