Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Clean dishes, glassware, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout kitchen and dish areas.
• Sweep, mop, remove trash, and assist with deep-cleaning projects.
• Restock clean dishes, utensils, and supplies for kitchen operations.
• Support kitchen staff with basic tasks and transportation of items as needed.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
