Location: Scottsdale, AZ

Pay: $20 – $24 per hour (based on experience)

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time

Èlephante Scottsdale — one of the Valley’s most anticipated and elevated dining destinations — is seeking experienced Line Cooks to join our talented culinary team. We’re looking for passionate, skilled, and detail-oriented professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, upscale kitchen environment.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with Èlephante’s recipes and presentation standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation at all times
• Ensure all food meets quality, freshness, and portion standards
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
• Communicate clearly and effectively with chefs, teammates, and management
• Support the team during service with professionalism and urgency
• Assist with prep, cleaning, and closing duties as needed

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in a high-volume, upscale kitchen
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of cooking techniques
• Experience with Italian cuisine and wood-fired cooking is a plus
• Attention to detail and a commitment to consistency
• Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure

• Flexible schedule — evenings, weekends, and holidays required
