Compensation Range

$21.00 - $25.25 / Hour

What You'll Do:

With more than 200 dishes made fresh from scratch every day, our line cooks are passionate about fresh quality ingredients, great technique and delicious, memorable food. Line cooks use a wide range of cooking methods and kitchen tools to make our dishes perfect. Although our restaurants are busy and our standards high, you'll enjoy our team spirit, commitment to fun, and positive guest feedback.

Your Background:
  • Great technique: strong knife skills and a range of cooking methods
  • Attention to detail: knowledge of weights, measurements, and volumes
  • Cleanliness and organization: knowing where everything is and keeping things in order
  • Team player: collaboration is key to kitchen success
  • Physical ability: standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and bending, reaching, twisting
  • Experience: at least 6 months as a line cook in a full-service restaurant preferred (consider Prep Cook if less experience)
  • Age requirement: at least 18 years old
