  • Position: PM Line Cook PT HVSR
Job Summary

Our Hotel Line Cooks prepare orders for room service, restaurant, and bar. They are responsible for setting up, maintaining, and breaking down the kitchen line each shift.

Shift Requirements

AM shifts are from 6am to 2:30pm; PM shifts from 2:30pm to 11pm. Weekend availability is required. Weekday schedules are generally fixed but may vary depending on business needs.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute positively to the team
  • Prepare for guest requests
  • Participate in ongoing training
  • Know plate presentations and menu item preparations
  • Utilize excess food efficiently to minimize costs
  • Set up and stock food preparation line
  • Prepare food as required
  • Attend meetings
  • Keep work areas clean and organized
  • Be courteous to customers and colleagues
  • Report unsafe conditions
  • Maintain hotel equipment
  • Maintain a current CA Food Handler card
  • Use payroll systems accurately
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Follow company standards and regulations
  • Maintain attendance as per policy
  • Complete additional tasks as needed
