Job Summary

A Line Cook, Wok Cook, Cook, Chef De Partie, or Station Chef prepares food according to established recipes and procedures, ensuring safety and sanitation standards are met.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications
• Plate prepared foods based on chef guidance
• Set up, operate, break down, and clean kitchen equipment
• Assist with dishwashing, cleaning floors, maintaining equipment, and sanitizing utensils
• Uphold high sanitation and food safety standards

Job Requirements

• No previous experience required; training provided
• Current Food Handlers Card where applicable, or assistance in obtaining
• Passion for food and attention to detail, including knowledge of weights, measurements, and volumes
• Ability to learn menu items and recipes
• Knowledge of chemicals used in the kitchen
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• Comfortable standing for long periods, able to lift up to 30 lbs., and capable of bending, reaching, and twisting
• Minimum age: 18 years
