The Line Cook is a vital role in our kitchen, responsible for executing tickets with consistency, timeliness, recipe adherence, and quality control to ensure memorable guest experiences. You will be trained in various stations (Grill, Sauté, Pantry, Steam, Sushi) and tested on your skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities include following standards and guidelines, performing side-work duties, and maintaining cleanliness and organization at your station.

Essential Qualifications
  • Minimum 18 years old
  • 1 year of restaurant cooking experience
  • High school diploma
  • Food Handler's Card
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Knowledge of cooking techniques and menu items
  • Ability to operate kitchen equipment properly
  • Understanding of food orders
