Job Summary

We are seeking a Line Cook to join our busy restaurant. You will use high-quality ingredients to prepare delicious meals, aiming to provide an excellent experience for our patrons. We value experienced, creative candidates passionate about culinary excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Create menus based on seasonality and customer preferences
  • Set up the kitchen with necessary tools and equipment
  • Prepare and present food attractively
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to team members
  • Maintain inventory levels and restock as needed
  • Follow all food safety regulations
  • Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the head chef or management
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred
  • ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification
  • Advanced culinary knowledge and recipe skills
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure
  • Excellent time management
  • Physical ability to stand long periods and lift up to 40 pounds

Compensation: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour
