Job summary

The Press Club Grill is seeking a friendly and hardworking line cook to join our chef-driven team in a fast-paced kitchen. You will prepare and plate menu items, follow recipes, and contribute to a collaborative environment that values quality and teamwork.

Responsibilities include cooking according to standards, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with catering events as needed. Evening and weekend availability may be required as part of our team-oriented, restaurant-wide commitments.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

The chef-driven American restaurant concept from Armenta Restaurants (including Pacific Table, Towne Grill, Press Cafe (Clearfork), Maria's Mexican Kitchen, Tavern, F1 Smokehouse & Le Margot) is excited to welcome all applicants.

As a Line Cook, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our menu items. You will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, preparing delicious meals for our guests.
