Join our team at SkinnyFATS as a Line Cook! We are hiring passionate candidates who enjoy bringing smiles to our customers and delivering excellent hospitality. Apply online to become part of our team.

Responsibilities:
  1. Follow recipes for proper food preparation.
  2. Maintain food standards, portioning, and plating.
  3. Update temperature and waste logs regularly.
  4. Support fellow line and prep cooks with all orders.
  5. Work all stations and maintain kitchen equipment.
  6. Store all food following food safety and HACCP standards.
  7. Follow opening and closing procedures.
  8. Receive and move inventory.
  9. Keep work station clean.
  10. Operate various kitchen equipment.
  11. Wash food for culinary use.
  12. Wash dishes and take out trash as needed.
  13. Perform side work duties as directed by your manager.
  14. Complete temperature logs and waste sheets.
Qualifications:
  1. 1-2 years or recent fry cook experience in a high-volume restaurant.
  2. Ability to stand for entire shift.
  3. Read and follow menus accurately.
  4. Effective communication with team members.
  5. Sense of urgency to care for guests and assist colleagues.
  6. Must be 18 years or older.
  7. Ability to lift 50 lbs as needed.
  8. Flexible to work varying shifts and hours.
  9. Adhere to food safety and HACCP standards.
  10. Culinary training preferred.
