Job summary

Red Robin is hiring Prep Cooks in Roseville, Michigan. We offer full-time and part-time positions in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen where you’ll learn Red Robin’s style of food preparation, including cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking a variety of meals.

Ideal candidates are strong team players, good communicators, organized with attention to detail, and at least 18 years old. We provide a fun, energetic workplace with growth opportunities in culinary roles.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Willingness to follow Red Robin cooking methods and standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items including meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups and salads.
• Learn Red Robin prep style and maintain consistency in quality.
• Work as part of a high-volume kitchen team while following health and safety standards.

If you are:

• A strong Team Player

• Able to prepare the best quality of food with uncompromising Health & Safety Standards

You will learn the Red Robin style of food preparation, which includes cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking various meals such as meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients.

We offer great restaurant culinary careers for line cooks (cocinero / cocinera) who have back of house cooking, chef, sauté cook, or grill cook kitchen experience in a high-volume restaurant environment. We're also looking for HOH team members (Jefe / Jefa) who have back of house preparation / food prep / production experience.
