Job summary

Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews in Madison Heights, MI is hiring Prep Cooks for full-time and part-time positions. You will join a high-volume kitchen, learn Red Robin’s prep methods, and prepare meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads and more while adhering to health and safety standards.

Ideal candidates are team players, great communicators, organized, and at least 18 years old. Flexible hours and opportunities to advance are offered in a fun, energetic workplace.

Responsibilities

• Support back-of-house operations to ensure smooth service.

You will learn the Red Robin style of food preparation, which includes cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking various meals such as meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients.

We offer great restaurant culinary careers for line cooks (cocinero / cocinera) who have back of house cooking, chef, sauté cook, or grill cook kitchen experience in a high-volume restaurant environment. We're also looking for HOH team members (Jefe / Jefa) who have back of house preparation / food prep / production experience.
