Job Summary:

We are seeking a Line Cook to join our busy restaurant team. You will be responsible for preparing delicious meals using high-quality ingredients, ensuring an excellent experience for our patrons. The ideal candidate is experienced, creative, and committed to quality.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create menus according to season and customer preferences
• Set up the kitchen with necessary tools and equipment
• Prepare and present food attractively
• Supervise and delegate tasks to team members
• Maintain inventory levels and restock as needed
• Follow all food safety regulations
• Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned by the head chef or management

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification
• Knowledge of culinary techniques and recipes
• Ability to work calmly under pressure
• Excellent time management skills
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds
