Job summary

Tazza Kitchen in Richmond, VA is seeking part-time and full-time line cooks to join our kitchen team! Starting hourly wage: $17-$22/hour.

Responsibilities include learning all recipes, sourcing and cooking techniques; adhering to standards of quality, sanitation and safety protocols; cross training in all stations - salad, sauté, plancha and wood oven; assist with inventory management; assist with prep and dishwashing when needed.

Qualifications

• Kitchen experience preferably in a high-volume restaurant.
• Safe, competent knife skills.
• Physically able to stand for the duration of your shift and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Experience with wood-fired cooking a plus.
