Job summary

Tazza Kitchen in Henrico, VA is hiring line cooks for both part-time and full-time roles in a fast-paced kitchen.

You will learn all recipes, master wood-fired cooking, and work across stations with a supportive team. We value safety, quality, and a culture of respect, offering flexible schedules and benefits including health insurance and PTO.

Qualifications

• Kitchen experience preferably in a high-volume restaurant.
• Safe, competent knife skills.
• Physically able to stand for the duration of your shift and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Experience with wood-fired cooking a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learning all recipes, sourcing and cooking techniques.
• Adhering to standards of quality, sanitation and safety protocols.
• Cross training in all stations - salad, saut%C3%A9, plancha and wood oven.
• Assist with inventory management.
• Assist with prep and dishwashing when needed.
