Job summary

Clyde's Restaurant Group is opening Ebbitt House in Reston, a sister concept of Old Ebbitt Grill, and is assembling an opening team for a Line Cook role. You will set up stations, read orders, and maintain a clean, safe kitchen while delivering high-quality American classics.

Qualifications

• Hardworking, attentive, and hospitality-driven with a desire to excel and maintain the highest level of service.
• Experience as a cook desired, preferably in an upscale dining restaurant.
• Flexible availability to work mornings, late nights, weekends, holidays, and weekdays as needed.

Opening summer 2026 at Reston Station on the Silver Metro Line, Ebbitt House will serve up Old Ebbitt Grill’s iconic American classics, twice-daily happy hours, an oyster-fueled raw bar, and towering seafood displays.
