Job Title: Line Cook at StepStone Hospitality

Join our team as a Line Cook at StepStone Hospitality. We are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic individual to contribute to our hardworking culinary team.

Responsibilities:

• Open or close the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef.
• Follow all written recipes for menu items.
• Report out-of-stock items to the Executive Chef.
• Prepare sauces and dishes for breakfast and lunch menus.
• Assist in setting up restaurant and cafeteria buffets.
• Prepare soups under the direction of the Executive Chef.
• Supervise and assist dishwashers and pantry staff.
• Ensure dining staff adhere to proper ordering and pickup procedures.
• Perform dinner setup duties as per the Prep List.
• Maintain health and sanitation standards.
