The Line Cook position is responsible for preparing and cooking food items in accordance with company quality and service standards. This role involves coordinating orders to ensure timely and accurate preparation. The candidate should demonstrate strong knowledge of all menu items and ingredients used in recipes, while maintaining proper food temperatures (e.g., Hot items Hot). The Line Cook must also adhere to all company safety and sanitation standards. This position reports directly to the BOH Manager or Manager on Duty.
