Job Summary

We are seeking a Line Cook to join our busy restaurant team. In this role, you will use high-quality ingredients to prepare delicious meals for our customers. Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Create menus based on seasonality and customer preferences
  2. Set up the kitchen with necessary tools and equipment
  3. Prepare and present food attractively
  4. Supervise and delegate tasks to team members
  5. Maintain inventory levels and restock as needed
  6. Follow all food safety regulations
  7. Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures
  8. Perform additional duties as assigned by the head chef or management
Qualifications:

  • ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification
  • Advanced culinary skills and recipe knowledge
