Job Description: Line Cook at Jack Brown's Beer & Burger Joint

Jack Brown's Beer & Burger Joint is a dive bar with a top-notch burger, founded by childhood friends Aaron Ludwig and Mike Sabin. We value quality and fun, working hard and playing hard. We are seeking skilled Line Cooks to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare food according to recipes and specifications, including grilling and frying.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following food safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team for efficient food production.
  • Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating food supplies.
  • Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Communicate with Front of House staff to ensure timely service.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Line Cook or similar role.
  • Knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques.
  • Ability to follow recipes and portion control guidelines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Teamwork and communication skills.
  • Basic food safety and sanitation knowledge.

Benefits: Hourly pay range: $15-$17.
