Position Summary

Prep and Line Cooks ensure each guest receives an unforgettable meal. They prepare dishes according to recipes and specifications in a timely manner.

Essential Functions

• Prepare a variety of foods, following specific procedures and presentation standards across stations including Appetizer, Bread & Fries, Grill, Pizza, and Salad.
• Prepare all food items on the Prep List, label food according to Shelf Life Chart.
• Complete prep work to stock and set up stations.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies, including HACCP procedures.
• Use Waste Log and Cooldown Charts appropriately.
• Prepare orders to recipe specifications promptly.
• Communicate ticket times and issues with team members.
• Ensure proper product rotation and stock levels.
• Maintain positive working relationships with team members.
• Assist with dish area and cleaning tasks as scheduled.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Coach.

Skills and Abilities

• Proficiency in reading and writing English.
• Good communication, friendly, and people-oriented.
• Enthusiastic, dependable, courteous, multitasker.
• Basic math skills.

Qualification Standards

Stand for 100% of shift, lift up to 50 lbs, work in hot environments, use sharp knives and kitchen machinery, and read tickets effectively.
