As part of the Performance Nutrition Department, the Line Cook will support our executive chef in preparing fresh, local, sustainable, and nutrient-dense meals tailored to our players and staff to operate at peak performance.
Core duties include, but are not limited to:
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in catering or buffet-style restaurants. Experience within Major League Baseball or the sports industry is a plus. Kitchen staff must have or obtain a valid Food Handler's Card/Certificate in Maricopa County. This position is based at our Arizona Spring Training facility in Phoenix, AZ.
