Job Description

As part of the Performance Nutrition Department, the Line Cook will support our executive chef by preparing fresh, local, sustainable, and nutrient-dense meals tailored to our players and staff to operate at peak performance.

Core duties include, but are not limited to:

1. Preparing food as directed, seasoning, and cooking according to recipes.
2. Enhancing food quality by making ingredient adjustments to promote recipe uniqueness.
3. Consulting with supervisory staff to plan menus, considering costs and special event needs.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in catering or buffet-style restaurants. Experience within Major League Baseball or the sports industry is a plus. Kitchen employees must have or obtain a valid Food Handler’s Card/Certificate in Maricopa County. This position is based at our Arizona Spring Training facility in Phoenix, AZ.
