True Food Kitchen in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a skilled Line Cook for our fast-paced kitchen. You’ll prep, cook, and plate across stations including Pantry, Pastry, Pizza, Wok, Sauté, or Grill, with experience across multiple stations a plus.

The ideal candidate brings 6+ months in a high-volume restaurant, exceptional knife skills, and a passion for great food and presentation. You should be flexible for nights, weekends, and holidays, and be a team player who works quickly and stays organized.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare starters, entrées, pizzas, and more.
• Follow portions, recipes, and quality standards.
• Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized.
• Assist with prep, opening/closing, and smooth operations.
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills and other kitchen equipment.
• Prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients.
• Wash and disinfect kitchen, tables, tools, knives, and equipment.
