Job summary

True Food Kitchen is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen, with opportunities across stations such as Pantry, Pastry, Pizza, Wok, Sauté, or Grill.

You will prep, cook, and plate dishes while maintaining portions and quality standards. We offer flexible shifts, part-time to 40 hours, competitive benefits, and dining discounts.

Qualifications

• 6+ months in a high-volume restaurant (preferred).
• Exceptional knife skills and recipe execution.
• Passion for great food and quality presentation.
• Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Teamwork, speed, and organization under pressure.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare starters, entrées, pizzas, and more.
• Follow portions, recipes, and quality standards.
• Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized.
• Assist with prep, opening/closing, and smooth operations.
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills and other kitchen equipment.
• Prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients.
• Wash and disinfect kitchen, tables, tools, knives, and equipment.
