True Food Kitchen is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen in Tampa. You will prep, cook, and plate dishes across multiple stations, including Pantry, Pastry, Pizza, Wok, Sauté, and Grill.

Ideal candidates have 6+ months of high-volume kitchen experience, strong knife skills, and a passion for quality presentation. Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is preferred, and the team collaborates to maintain fast, accurate service.

• 6+ months in a high-volume restaurant (preferred).
• Exceptional knife skills and recipe execution.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, bend, reach and twist.

Responsibilities

• Prepare starters, entrées, pizzas, and more.
• Follow portions, recipes, and quality standards.
• Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized.
• Assist with prep, opening/closing, and smooth operations.
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills and other kitchen equipment.
• Prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients.
• Wash and disinfect kitchen, tables, tools, knives, and equipment.
