Requirements

Responsibilities include but are not limited to being able to create and work from a prep list and timeline, ability to follow recipes and procedures, but also think on one's feet in order to best service our guests' needs. Requirements include, but are not limited to, a positive attitude, commitment to the success of the team and to the exceeding of guests' expectations, attention to detail, timeliness, open availability and the highest kitchen sanitation standards. Three + years of experience in high end dining is preferred. Wages are competitive and based upon experience.
