• Shift: Days, 10:30 am - 7:00 pm, including every other weekend

Frederick Living is a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) offering a full spectrum of care, including retirement living, personal care, healthcare, rehabilitation, respite, and memory care services.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breakfast entrees and accompaniments following recipes for various dining settings and special functions
• May also prepare lunch entrees, soups, and vegetables as needed
• Handle hot food preparation, garnishes, and accompaniments
• Perform advance preparation and store food properly
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment
• Ensure a safe and neat environment for residents, staff, and self
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1 year experience as a cook preferred
