Job Summary

We are seeking a Line Cook to join our busy restaurant team. In this role, you will use high-quality ingredients to prepare delicious meals for our customers. The ideal candidate is experienced, creative, and dedicated to providing an excellent dining experience. If you are passionate about creating meals that impress, we want to hear from you.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Create menus based on seasonality and customer preferences.
  2. Set up the kitchen with necessary tools and equipment.
  3. Prepare and present food appealingly.
  4. Supervise and delegate tasks to team members.
  5. Manage inventory levels and restock as needed.
  6. Follow all food safety regulations.
  7. Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures.
  8. Perform additional duties as assigned by the head chef or management.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
  • ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification.
  • Advanced culinary knowledge and recipe skills.
  • Ability to stay calm and perform under pressure.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
