Position Snapshot:

The line cook is responsible for creating an exceptional culinary experience through the preparation and presentation of our menu. They must handle all food items correctly to ensure guest safety at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver an outstanding guest experience through quality food, drinks, and games in a fun environment.
  2. Keep supervisors informed of any issues and take corrective actions as needed.
  3. Follow all safety and sanitation policies and operate equipment safely.
  4. Properly use chemicals and store products correctly.
  5. Prepare and cook food according to recipes and standards, ensuring quality and freshness.
  6. Control costs by following prep sheets and minimizing waste.
  7. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and station.
  8. Assist team members and foster a cooperative working environment.
  9. Work flexible hours, including days, nights, and weekends, with a friendly attitude.
  10. Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not required.
  11. Communicate clearly and maintain a professional appearance.
  12. Must be at least 18 years old.
Physical Requirements:

Must be able to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment, move about the facility, stand for long periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, and wiping.
