Who We Are

Aronimink Golf Club is a private Platinum Golf Club, just outside of Philadelphia. Established in 1896, it is ranked #28 among the Top 150 Platinum Golf & Country Clubs worldwide. The club is preparing to host the 2026 PGA Championship and is undergoing exciting renovations.

We offer staff meals (lunch and dinner), employee uniforms, employee golf days, and a friendly, engaging work environment. Cook 1 Responsibilities

1. Assist in training team members and supervising an assigned area
2. Organize people and products for food service
3. Maintain kitchen order and cleanliness
4. Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh and well-presented
5. Follow recipes accurately
6. Cook various foods using different methods
7. Use kitchen equipment safely and effectively
8. Present and garnish dishes
9. Occasionally serve food and interact with Members
10. Maintain a clean and safe work environment
11. Handle and store ingredients properly
12. Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
13. Follow all Club policies and procedures

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 2 years of culinary experience in a restaurant, club, hotel, or resort
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced kitchen
• Positive attitude and teamwork orientation
• Passion for food and service
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Proficiency in A La Carte Stations such as Grill, Sauté, and Garde Manger
• Experience with Catering and Banquets
