This role is critical in preparing and cooking high-quality menu items during games and events, ensuring fans receive timely and delicious food while maintaining the highest standards of safety and cleanliness.**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS*** Cook menu items according to standardized recipes and portion guidelines* Prepare, season, and cook food in a fast-paced environment* Ensure all food is stored, handled, and cooked safely following health regulations* Maintain cleanliness and organization of cooking and prep stations* Monitor inventory and communicate shortages or needs to supervisors* Assist with setup and breakdown of cooking stations before and after events* Work closely with kitchen staff and runners to ensure timely service to concession stands* Follow all sanitation, safety, and stadium operational procedures* Assist in training and mentoring less experienced kitchen staff as needed* Collaborate with team members to maintain efficiency during high-volume periods* Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations* Follow all safety, sanitation, and stadium procedures* Practice safe work habits and complete company and venue safety and general position compliance training* Maintain a pleasant and collaborative attitude towards customers, co-workers, and management* Adheres to the Legends Global and venue company policies* Complete other duties assigned by management* Available to work none-traditional hours (Nights, Weekends & Holidays)**QUALIFICATIONS**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty with energy and enthusiasm.
