Job summary

Arco Cafe on the Upper West Side is seeking a line cook to join our scratch Sardinian kitchen. You will prepare and plate homemade pasta, freshly baked focaccia, and traditional entrées to order, while maintaining your station, following recipes and plating standards, and supporting daily prep and kitchen operations.

No prior kitchen experience is required—we will train you on our line. A NYC Food Handler Certificate is preferred, or willingness to obtain one, and punctual reliability is
