Who We Are

Line Cook - Brush Creek LLC d/b/a Brush Creek Luxury Ranch Collection is looking to fill THREE (3) Line Cook positions in Saratoga, WY to work approximately 05/08/2025 to 10/21/2025. This is a temporary, full-time, peak load position.

What You'll Do and What You'll Bring

[Duties]: Prepare, season, and cook dishes in restaurant. Inspect and clean food preparation areas, such as equipment, work surfaces, and serving areas, to ensure safe and sanitary food handling practices. Utilize company Food and Beverage (F&B) procedures as well as health department regulations, and federal guidelines. Follow proper food handling and storage procedures. Maintain Food Cost and Labor Cost. Check freshness of foods and ingredients, ensure all recipes and portion-use records are followed. Be aware of all guest feedback scores and conspire for positive influence on rankings. [Requirements]: Requires knowledge of cooking and preparation equipment and basic cooking skills (Sautéing, Broiling, Frying, Roasting, Butchery, Garde Manger, Pantry, Breakfast Cookery). Must pass drug screen, background check, and reference check. Must be able to stand and move at a fast pace for long periods of time. [Terms & Conditions of Employment]: Fulltime - at least 35 hours per week. Tuesday-Saturday, 5:00AM-1:00PM or 3:00PM-11:00PM. Hours and days of week may vary based on business levels. Paid biweekly, wages calculated each workweek. Workers will be paid no less than $16.88 per hour. Overtime will be paid at 1.5 times worker’s regular hourly pay ($25.32 per hour). Employer will make all deductions from the worker's paycheck as required by law. $220 accrued per week worked throughout season as end of season bonus. On-the-job training provided. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.

What You Can Look Forward To

[Lodging, Daily Transport, Deductions, Benefits]: Optional employee housing (dorm-style) available for $250 - $400 per month (reasonable cost) depending on unit. Employer will deduct subsidized housing cost directly from paycheck. Benefits available from first day of employment include medical, dental, and vision. 3 meals per day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) provided by employer for free. [Inbound/Outbound Transportation]: If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Reimbursement will be included in first paycheck following 50% completion. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Subsistence will be at least $15.88 per day of travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with documentation of actual expenses. Employer will provide or pay the reasonable costs for lodging where lodging is necessary. Employer will reimburse worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the worker.
