Crew is seeking a Line Cook to join our team, led by renowned culinary director Kerry Heffernan, for an exciting new venue. Line Cooks are a vital part of our award-winning back-of-house team.

Position Summary

Line Cooks play a crucial role in creating memorable guest experiences. They must have keen attention to detail, be hardworking, and eager to learn and grow. As team players, they should work well with others.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items accurately according to Crew recipes and standards.
• Follow sanitation, hygiene, and safety standards set by Crew and the Department of Health.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Report to work in proper uniform and grooming standards.
• Set up and break down stations, perform cleaning, and prepare for each service.
• Store food safely and perform temperature checks as trained.

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, and lift up to 30+ lbs.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and variable schedules.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of knife handling and willingness to learn about oysters.
• Ability to work outdoors and in various climate conditions.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
