Responsibilities:

1. Prepare lunch and/or dinner
2. Review menus prior to food preparation
3. Ensure all food procedures are followed
4. Coordinate food service with other departments as necessary
5. Follow sanitation guidelines
6. Familiarize with new menu items/dishes
