Major Responsibilities Include:

• Prepare lunch and/or dinner
• Review menus prior to food preparation
• Ensure all food procedures are followed
• Coordinate food service with other departments as necessary
• Follow sanitation guidelines
• Familiarize with new menu items/dishes
• Work as part of a team

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Preferred: Graduate of a culinary institute, military school, or formal on-the-job training
