Tempo by Hilton Nashville Downtown, operated by HRI Hospitality, is seeking a Line Cook to join the hotel kitchen team. The role involves meal preparation for restaurant and catering events, with emphasis on food safety, portion control, and presentation.

You will work with minimal supervision, assist with inventory, ordering and receiving, and help maintain a clean, organized kitchen. This full-time position offers competitive benefits including medical and dental insurance, 401K, paid time

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum one year hospitality or restaurant food service experience required.
• Able to work with little supervision.
• Read, write, and verbally communicate effectively with guests and coworkers.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
