Job Overview: A Line Cook prepares hot and cold meals according to Fuzzy's signature recipes and menus. They monitor portions, manage inventories, and maintain a sanitary kitchen work area. They are considered the "HEART" of each Fuzzy's location.

Reports To: Owners/Operating Partners, General Manager, other members of Management Team.

Basic Job Tasks:

1. Inspect all kitchen surfaces to ensure safety and sanitation in accordance with food handling procedures.
2. Season and cook food according to recipes, using personal judgment and experience. Ensure proper presentation and quality of dishes.
3. Properly store, date, and rotate food items.
4. Assist management with inventory and ordering of food items.
5. Organize food storage and kitchen equipment.
6. Coordinate with management to organize catering events, considering costs and special needs.
7. Interact with guests, addressing questions or concerns regarding food items or service.
