• Certify that nutrition and sanitation regulations are maintained.

The ideal candidate for this position

• Professional culinary experience, with a minimum 2 years grill and sauté experience required.

• Strong knowledge of various cooking methods, food items, equipment, etc.
• Be able to multi task in high volume kitchen.
