Bond Brothers Kitchen & Bar in Morrisville, NC near the RDU Airport is seeking a skilled line cook to join our kitchen team. You will prepare and cook menu items, work with safe knife handling and equipment, and help maintain a clean, organized space for efficient service.

The role requires experience in a fast-paced kitchen, strong knowledge of cooking techniques, and the ability to thrive under pressure while delivering high-quality dishes. Weekend and holiday availability is expected.

• Use knives, kitchen equipment, and tools safely and efficiently
• Ensure that all dishes are cooked to perfection and served in a timely manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including food storage areas, equipment, and utensils
• Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of ingredients and supplies
• Communicate with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a line cook in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, methods, and equipment
