Brothers Sports Bar & Grille in Dracut, MA is seeking an EXPERIENCED LINE COOK to join our kitchen team. You will handle all aspects of line cooking, ensure dishes meet recipes and standards, and collaborate with servers.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years in a kitchen, with skills in frying, grilling, sautéing, and cold prep. ServSafe certification is a plus, and opportunities for advancement exist.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare food and work with servers ensuring customers receive a quality product.
• Prep recipes and adequate amounts of food items for service.
• Maintain workstation cleanliness and organization.
• Maintain compliance with ServSafe and health code regulations.
• Prepare and plate food according to kitchen specifications.
• Assist servers to expedite food efficiently.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

As a Line Cook, you will take part in all aspects of the kitchen including service, sanitation, safety, menu knowledge, and station setup. Responsibilities

• Prepare food and work with servers ensuring customers are served a quality product


• Prep work: prep recipes and adequate amounts of food items to be served to customers
