Little Donkey is seeking highly motivated, experienced Culinary professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, structured work environment, are passionate about cooking, and are skilled in the culinary arts. The person responsible for working in the kitchen has many duties and must execute them flawlessly. At the beginning of their shift, they must set up, stock, and organize all workstations. They must be meticulous in preparing menu items and pay attention to plate presentation. They must be committed to preparing all menu items to the highest standard.

Responsibilities
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the day by cleaning and sanitizing the line station and equipment.
- Maintain proper food storage temperatures and rotation using the FIFO method and easily handle multiple priorities, even under pressure.
- Follow strict sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and kitchen maintenance.
- Comprehend all production sheets and tools related to the line department and use them efficiently in daily operations and training situations.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations to ensure the safety of everyone involved in the kitchen.
- Execute duties without fail, maintaining the highest quality standards at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen is preferred.
- Outstanding culinary skills and commitment to preparing all menu items to the highest standard.
- Strong organizational skills, great attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team and independently, take direction effectively, and communicate professionally.
- Flexible schedule, including ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
