Summary of Position

The Line Cook will assist the Coastal Café with all aspects of daily operations, including preparing customer orders and items for café use, while following recipes to create salads, sauces, spreads, and more for both café and store use.

Café & Production Team Members are responsible for daily café setup and breakdown activities, including food prep, inventory stocking, and cleaning, as directed by the Café & Retail Team Leads, Assistant Retail Managers, and the General Manager.

Responsibilities

• Execute top-tier operating standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory management, organization, and safe handling protocols.
• Handle customer needs and questions promptly.
• Prepare customer orders and recipes according to store standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment to ensure quality customer service.
• Learn about and communicate information regarding Coastal Seafoods products and services.
• Deliver top-quality customer service, embodying the spirit of the Coastal Seafoods community, mission, and vision.

Minimum Requirements
