Young Joni in NE Minneapolis is Hiring a Line Cook!

Young Joni, a critically-acclaimed restaurant from the creators of Pizzeria Lola and Hello Pizza, is seeking a talented line cook to join our vibrant team. Our restaurant features a large dining room and bar, a cozy space with custom cocktails, and a menu focusing on artisan pizzas and shareable plates cooked in wood-fired ovens and grills.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience in a high-volume, scratch kitchen for 2 or more years
• Excellent knife skills
• Experience with wood-fired grill stations or pizza ovens (preferred)
• Energetic team player
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and maintain quality in a high-volume setting
• Collaborative, patient, flexible, open to new ideas
• Night and weekend availability
